Yoga Extracurricular Club

Namaste! Our yoga classes are aimed to teach children a variety of yoga poses and breathing techniques to calm, energize, and balance their bodies. We will also practice flowing sequences, challenging poses, partner and group poses, and deep relaxation. Some arts and crafts will also be used to enhance their learning. This club is for registered students only.
